About the Project
This is a heavy value-add play through and through, and one we earned the hard way competing against other teams for the deal, then out-executing where others might have hesitated. None of the units were livable at acquisition, but that's precisely what let us lock in one of the lowest cost bases the area has seen in years. Where others saw a distressed property, we saw an opportunity most weren't equipped to unlock.
The property offers a compelling mix: one short-term rental and four long-term units, including a creative conversion of an underutilized garage and laundry room into a brand-new, market-rate 1-bedroom home. It's a textbook example of what disciplined execution can do with an overlooked asset.
