About the Project
This project holds a special place for our team, as it brought a number of our own community members into the process of bringing it to life. Located near USD, a market where Ground Zero has extensive experience, Mildred benefited from that same collaborative spirit from the very beginning, with community members weighing in on strategy, design, and the overall potential for the site.
The result is a development that blends naturally into the scale of the surrounding neighborhood, rather than standing out from it. It also includes on-site parking at nearly one spot per unit, a thoughtful detail that reflects the same community-minded approach that shaped the rest of the project.
