About the Project

This opportunity came together not through a typical acquisition, but through a restructuring. The previous owner was in the process of abandoning the project, and rather than pushing toward a short sale, we worked to find a solution that made economic sense for everyone involved: the previous owner, the new ownership, and their investors alike.

We know this location well; Ground Zero has completed projects throughout the area, including one right next door, giving us a level of familiarity and insight that shaped how we approached this opportunity from day one.
